Former EBay CEO Meg Whitman is one of the leading contenders for the GOP nomination to succeed Arnold Schwarzeneger as governor of California. She's also just shown a little courage and made clear that she supports immigration reform that includes a path to legalization for the country's illegal immigrants. While the majority of voters in the state - indeed, across the country - support what Whitman is advocating, winning a GOP primary and being pro-immigration could be tougher.

I'm looking for PHP or ActionScript work. I'm not a designer in any sense of the word, so I can't do any graphical work. I'm just starting out, so my protfolio is lacking but I have done several full blown CMSs lately. I've never gotten a problem I couldn't solve, I just need to prove myself.

The post office cannot forward your card. If there is a name

Something I found on USCIS site. Not sure if it applied to just the greencard or the EAD card as well. But this is a good tip.

I am an American citizen. My Chinese wife of 3 years and I will move to St. Louis and buy a home there. She is a businesswoman and must return to China several times per year to take care of a business there. She will be applying for her immigrant visa very soon.
HOW MANY DAYS PER YEAR CAN SHE LEAVE THE US PER YEAR WITHOUT PUTTING HER IMMIGRANT VISA IN JEOPARDY?
Being a US resident is more important that the job, but we would like to do both, if possible.
I apprecite ANY advice formn knowledgeable people, including non-lawyers.

I think i had put my question in the wrong section before...
If anyone had similar requirements ,I would really appreciate your views on this.
My Company says that the Minimum Job requirement for the my JOB is
5 years of progressive exp in developing applications in JAVA
and there in 2 years of experience in mobile systems.
I have 6 years of progressive experience in Java, and 4 years in mobile systems. Do you anticipate any issues with an EB2 approval.
I always thought eb2 is ms/bs+ 5 years of progressive, i never know it could be bs + 5 years in core skills and 2 years in others.

I had filed for Advance Parole renewal for me and my wife in July since our APs were expiring in mid October. I got the renewed Advance Parole last week with the expiry date as Oct 2011. My wife got hers today but instead of October, it has the start date of Aug 2010 and expires on Aug 2011. I don't know why the USCIS handled it in this way. She has lost 2 months. The Advance Parole extension was paper filed at the Texas Service Center. Can anyone tell me how I can get this rectified, if at all it is possible.

You can use a timer or storyboard to smoothly move the object when a key press is detected. This would be the smoothest approach I think :)
